Artist Information Neyvelli Narayanan started learning the mridangam at the age of seven from the late Ganesha Pillai, and then later from the late Tanjore Upendran. He is now under the guidance of Umayalpuram K. Sivaraman. He has accompanied several renowned musicians both at home and abroad.
