Artist Information Natarajan Srinivasan learnt mridangam from Coimbatore Shri.Ganapathy for about 8 years. Natarajan moved to the bay area in 1995 after his graduation from Arizona State University. Since then, he has been a regular performer in carnatic music concerts in the bay area and in other western US states such as Utah and Arizona.   Natarajan has accompanied senior artists such as Shri.Ravikiran, Smt.Neela Ramgopal, Smt.Meena Subramaniam and Shri.R.K.Shriramkumar. Natarajan has also accompanied many accomplished artists of the bay area on numerous occasions. Natarajan constantly seeks to embellish his concerts with engaging and encouraging accompaniment. Natarajan has been teaching mridangam for the last couple of years. Natarajan is indebted to his parents Padma and Srinivasan and his wife Viji for their encouragement and support. Natarajan is a software engineer at Autodesk Inc.
