Artist Information Sri. R.N.Thyagarajan and Dr. R.N.Tharanathan popularly known as the Rudrapatnam Brothers, hail from a family of famous musicians. They were initially trained by their father, Sri. R.K.Naryanaswamy, a disciple of Musuri Subramania Iyer, and later by their uncle, Sri.R.K.Venkataramana Sastri, disciple of Mysore T. Chowdiah. Their style is very traditional and they demonstrate excellence in every essence of their music.
