Nirmala Sundararajanis a Ph.D specializing in Compositional Diversities in Carnatic Music. She learned music from Sri Ramnad Krishnan, Smt. T.Mukta and Sri. T.M. Thiagarajan. Subhashini Parthasarathy, daughter of Smt. Nirmala, is also a Ph.D, specializing in Padams and Javalis in Carnatic Music. She learned from Smt.T. Mukta and Sri T.M.Thiagarajan. This mother-daughter duo have a lot in common. The Government of India in 1989 awarded Dr. Nirmala the Fellowship of the Department of Culture. Dr.Subhashini Parthasarathy was also awarded this Fellowship in 1984. She has the distinction of bagging the 'Sangeetha Kalanidhi Dr.S.Pinakapani award' for the Best Raga Aalapana in the Music Academy Concerts in 1994. Smt. Nirmala and Smt. Subhashini have presented several thematic concerts such as Navagraha, a series of nine concerts which comprised rendition of nearly 225 compositions in 200 ragas of nearly 100 composers. In an unique tribute to Saint Tyagaraja, singing in alternate months, Nirmala and Subhashini presented one composition in each of the 204 ragas that the saint has handled.
 
Anuradha Sridhar began her training in music at a young age of five from her mother, Srimathy Brahmanandam and gave her maiden performance in Bangalore at the age of ten. Her first duet with her mother was at the age of twelve. Since then, Anuradha has given several concerts in India and USA around the world. As a young accompanist Anuradha was awarded the Best Violinist awards by the Music Academy for her performances in their December concerts. Anuradha also has accompanied leading artists including N.Ramani, Ravikiran, U.Srinivas, T.K.Govinda Rao, and Yesudas. In 1999, she launched Trinity Center for Music, a school to develop and mold aspiring students of music. Anuradha resides in the bay area and is the founding member of Solfa Creations. Solfa's first product is an animated CD-ROM on Saint Thyagaraja.
 
Shriram Brahmanandam has learnt from the great Guru, Kumbakonam Rajappa Iyer.. Shriram had his debut program when he was twelve years old. Since then he has played in innumerable concerts. He has also teamed up with many senior musicians including, his uncle, Lalgudi Jayaraman T.V. Gopalakrishnan, and K. J Yesudas. Shriram is a graded artist with AIR and has performed regularly in national broadcasts in AIR and in Indian Television.
