Artist Information Shanmukha Priya and Hari Priya, popularly known as the Priya Sisters, started learning vocal music since the age of five under the tutelage of their father Sri. V. V. Subba Ram who is a postgraduate in music. Later they had their advanced training in music from Kalaimamanis Smt. Radha & Jayalakshmi. They have given more than 900 concerts all over India and abroad. They have performed in a number of prestigious festivals. Sri Krishna Gana Sabha and the Indian Fine Arts Society judged them the Best Female Vocalists in 1992 and 1997. They have been conferred with many titles such as Sangeeta Sarada, Gayani Siromani, M.L .V. Memorial award, etc.
