Become a SIFA Sponsor Member
 
SIFA Sponsors are entitled to FREE admission to most concerts.
Certain "Special Concerts" may be excluded. In the past no more than 2 such
events/year have taken place.
 
To become a 2012 SIFA Sponsor Member, you can either:

• Signup Online

• Fill out the Sponsor Membership Form and bring it to any SIFA concert with your check.

• Fill out the Sponsor Membership Form and mail it with your check to:

  Sunnyvale, CA 94088-2076

**Sponsor Membership cards will not be mailed and will have to be collected in person during SIFA concerts.
